Carolyne “Cody” Bennett

Carolyne “Cody” Bennett moved to Iowa in 2015 with her husband and two dogs to pursue a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology. She received her Associates of Music in Organ from Young Harris College (2009), and her Bachelors of Science in Biology from Georgia Institute of Technology (2012).

Cody is a lab technician with the Petersen lab group. She has been working with the lab since August of 2015. Her research interest is in zoonotics, and she plans to attend veterinary school in the fall of 2017.
